Call for papers

The Conference papers can be presented in two ways:
an oral presentation (up to 15 minutes)
a poster (posters will be displayed during the conference) – Special poster sessions will be organized, during which the authors can present their posters.
Extended abstracts – small-sized poster of the study presented in 1 page (A4 format), which can be disseminated during the conference. The option for the extended abstract is provided also for those people, who want to present their activities, but do not have enough time to prepare full presentation or poster, or cannot attend the conference. We can provide printing of the submitted extended abstracts and dissemination during the conference only for participant who cannot attend it personally.

Considering the language diversity in European Union we decided to propose a flexible multi-language model which will also promote the conservation idea that is fundamental for the SCGIS philosophy.
Presentation languages:
The presentations should be understandable for most of the audience. The official language in Bulgaria is Bulgarian and the most widespread foreign languages are English and Russian.
Publication languages:
The full-text papers can be submitted in each of the official EU languages. For attendees from non-EU countries the full text papers can be on their national language, or bilingual (in their national language and in English) or just in some of the official EU languages.
